Mate its just great to be back in a warmer climate... dont get me wrong I love Canada and I had a blast living and working there for last six years but the novelty value of those 6 month hibernation winters has well and truly worn off, plus its a bummer for jet flying in winter. I reckon I was getting desperate there maybe last winter and seriously considering adding ski's to my SkyJet! (see pic below) thank god for flight sims eh!!! and I used to think -5c was cold try -40c Yow

Re- Kitty manual, yeah I have built a few German jet kits and it was to be expected.... that said I agree that the manual is really not necessary for anyone who has a few compoiste jet kits under the belt. The supplied CDR pics do cover most areas.
Areas of detail I personally reckon look a little unfamiliar and that I will be asking you about when I get started would be the rudder piano wire hinging system! this looks a little like it could be strengthened and possibly could be beefed up?? (just personal preference). Did I hear correctly that Sung lost one of his AW Panthers due to flutter?

of some sort? was it anything to do with the rudder setup?
Another area I will likely modify over the stock kit set up would be the wing trailing edge and aileron/flap LE set up! I would like to modify for a more scale apperance's ONLY (similar to David Gladwins mods on the AW Hawk in recent RCJI).
Pics and schematic drawings of an operating sliding canopy setup would be nice as well, its so big its gotto be a slider... also maybe a functional tailhook operating schematic drawing. And what about 1/5 scale jet pilot figures? any suggestions?? I know Petes pilots do them I think....
Any chance of AW offering kitty ordenance at some point? as a set of rockets and rails would be very nice to add to the underwing of the kitty, just for those Walter Mitty moments of course while doing those diving 'Bridges at Toko Ri' passes.....
Otherwise a winner of a kit I reckon, I will let you know if I can think of anymore kitty questions.
Mate, I just love the AW Cougar and Mig 21 also, great pics as usual John.... I can see an AW Mig 21 in my not to distant future hmmmm
Cheers-
